We continuously monitor and follow changes in government recommendations and guidelines.  In order to keep you safe and help your peace of mind we have put in place the following preventive measures against Covid-19:

Prevention

• As indicated in the COVID-19 Health Security Plan for the Tourist Industry, we ask our customers not to present themselves if they experience any of the symptoms of Covid-19 (onset or worsening of a cough, fever, difficulty breathing, sudden loss of smell without nasal congestion (with or without loss of taste) general symptom (muscle pain, headache, intense tiredness or loss of appetite, sore throat or diarrhea) or they have been in contact with an infected person in the past 14 days
• We have installed ULPA filters with UVC lighting in strategic places of the hotel
• Our employees are made aware and trained to comply with hygiene regulations: frequent hand washing and gloves when the situation is suitable, compliance with social distancing standards, etc.
